how to increase Internet speed by 20 percent on windows

Often we feel angry with our internet speed is slow, which may indeed be slower than providernya. But for Windows users, this may be a little increase your connection speed.
Actually Microsoft Windows set up bandwidth up to 20% for processes such as Windows Update, the process of checking your PCs and other processes. Well this is the future that we will use to increase the speed of our connection.
The order for our internet bandwidth can be increased to 20% follow the steps we shall see a little as follows:
1. Click "Start | Run" then type "gpedit.msc" (without quotation marks). This will open the group policy editor.
2. Next search for the item: "Local Computer Policy / Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Network / QOS PacketScheduler / Limit Reservable Bandwidth ".
3. Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth. By default settings set to not configured but it is actually the default value is 20 percent, see the Explain tab "By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you cans use this setting to override the default ".
4. To increase bandwidth, then set the Limit reservable bandwidth to "enabled" and Bandwidth Limit (%) a: "0".
So easy tips that hopefully would be useful. Please try.
